Drawstring Tea Cozy with Base Pad - Traditional English Style - Party Decorations

Enjoy afternoon tea with this traditional English-style Tea Cozy with a matching base pad. The front of the cozy is fully stitched with a slit for the spout which keeps the fabric from falling to the side as you are inserting the tea pot. The center back has both a ribbon tie and a button with an elastic loop (instead of a button hole) which will keep the cozy nicely in place while in use.

Made of cotton 100% cotton fabric, the cozy and the pad are both insulated with cotton/polyester batting. The image placement of patterned fabric varies for each tea cozy.

These tea cozies keep your tea water nice and “tea temperature hot” for over three hours; and acceptably warm past the four-hour mark. This statement is based on my personal test of filling a medium-size teapot with hot water (in a tea cozy, of course) and I tasted the tea water periodically, noting the time that has elapsed.

Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle.
